I made a bunny on holiday. It’s just the kind of thing I do while I’m away. It keeps me busy. It doesn’t cost me much. It doesn’t involve taking shedloads of craft stuff. A small sewing tin with an old spice jar filled with buttons, beads and other embellishments. A few sheets of felt. Toy filler squashed up into a medium sized food bag. Paper and pencil to draw it first. Hey presto. I gave it to my dad for his birthday. With two shirts and a mini box of celebrations.
Holiday was fab. Lots of cycling. A bit of shopping. Leah had fun in Claire’s. I bought the wierd fake roses pictured above. They were ten for one English moneys. I bought twenty. The stems are wire. I thought they might look good around a gift if I match them up with the wrapping paper.
There was also lots of playing. And a bit of take-away eating. I know I blogged about it briefly a week or two ago. But a blog’s not a blog without photographs.
