Some time ago I blogged this postcard. It was a real lifesaver for me at one time. I blogged a photo of it at an angle. Apparently it isn’t available anymore and no-one else has uploaded it. It often comes up as searched in my blog stats. So here’s a better (face on) version if anyone wants to print out their own copy

Thanks!!
I need the reminder right now!
I don’t even know what a blog is but I am pleased to find yours as I was looking specifically for where I could get one of these postcards. I have one and thought a friend of mine could benefit from one too. I’ve had my postcard years now and I frequently refer to it. This little orange card is a pick me up. Mostly when I look at it I am reminded that we are all the same, struggling to survive. Thanks
I’m glad you found it.
I put it on my blog because I couldn’t find it on the web either.
I like it still now.
It reminds me that fears and worries are just normal and it’s okay to take care of yourself.
Elaine
By the way, blog just stands for ‘web log’ so it’s like an online diary!
Thanks for posting this great reminder of these simple steps – well, I think it looks simple but following this great advise is not always easy.
Good luck with your study. I’ve been working for the last 20 years in mental health and find it enormously rewarding!
Cheers Gudrun
